Organizers at the Centro Cultural Recoleta on Junín Street have scheduled daily craft sessions and film screenings through July 28. A few blocks away, the Mercado de San Telmo on Carlos Calvo Street hosts its weekly Sunday producers market that now includes evening storytelling circles on the last two weekends of the month. Both venues coordinate with the city’s cultural secretariat to keep entry under 300 Argentine pesos for most events.
Weekday workshops and evening markets
Attendance data released by the secretariat shows 12,400 people joined similar programs in July 2025, with the largest crowds at free plaza events in Palermo and Caballito. This year’s schedule adds three new book-exchange corners at the Parque Centenario on July 15 and 22. Ticket prices for paid workshops range from 150 to 450 pesos, with discounts for students who present university ID at the door.
